Jetcore Support is an AS9120 Rev B certified aerospace parts distributor based in Doral, Florida. We focus on business and regional aviation: Bombardier, Textron, Dassault, and Gulfstream platforms.

Leadership
Rolando R. Santana Sosa
Founder & CEO
Rolando is a former United States Marine Corps Sergeant who served from 2014 to 2020, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
He served in leadership roles within quick reaction force operations, tactical communications, and coalition advising, and was a member of the Marine response team that engaged and neutralized Taliban forces following the December 11, 2019 suicide bombing that breached the base perimeter, allowing insurgents to enter and initiate the 10-hour complex attack on Bagram Airfield.
His military experience reflects a foundation of accountability, decision-making under pressure, and mission-focused execution-principles he brings into his work today.
Danilo Saintelien
Quality Manager
Two decades of aerospace quality-systems experience. Through Aviation Innovation & Management, Danilo led Jetcore's AS9120 Rev B implementation and certification, issued March 2026 by American Global Standards.

Owns day-to-day operation of the AS9120 quality system including supplier qualification, receiving inspection, counterfeit-parts screening per AS5553 / AS6174, FOD and ESD controls, internal audits, and customer-quality response.
Diana Mateo
Controller
Five-plus years of progressive accounting experience and a Florida International University accounting degree. Owns the general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, payment processing through QuickBooks, bank and merchant card reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.

Every quote, PO, packing slip, 8130-3, ATA 106, NCR, and corrective action retained for 10 years per AS9120 clause 7.5.
