Terms of Use
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of www.jetcoresupport.com and any sub-pages, customer or vendor portals, and online features operated by Jetcore Support, Inc. ("Jetcore," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use are in addition to our Terms & Conditions of Sale (which govern any purchase of parts) and our Privacy Policy (which governs personal-information handling). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Site is intended for use by business users — operators, FBOs, MROs, distributors, OEMs, regulators, and their authorized representatives — who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to act on behalf of their employer.
1.2. By accessing or using the Site you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Accounts
2.1. Certain Site features (including the vendor-account portal) require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated.
2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@jetcoresupport.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
2.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, applicable law, or our acceptable-use policy in Section 4.
3. License to Use the Site
3.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Jetcore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes.
3.2. You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use automated means to extract data from the Site except as expressly permitted by us in writing; (b) circumvent or interfere with security or access controls; (c) use the Site to develop a competing product or service; or (d) sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or its content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
4.1. use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any US, state, or foreign law (including export-control, sanctions, anti-bribery, and counterfeit-parts laws);
4.2. upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, obscene, or that contains malware;
4.3. impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
4.4. interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by introducing viruses or executing denial-of-service attacks;
4.5. collect or harvest information about other users without authorization;
4.6. submit RFQs, orders, or quotation requests for parts you intend to install in violation of airworthiness regulations, export controls, or end-use restrictions;
4.7. submit knowingly false trace, condition, or provenance information about parts offered for sale or exchange to Jetcore.
5. User-Generated Content ("UGC")
5.1. The Site may permit you to submit content including RFQ attachments, vendor-account uploads, profile information, messages, certificates, photographs, and other materials (collectively, "User Content").
5.2. License grant. By submitting User Content, you grant Jetcore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use the User Content solely as necessary to operate the Site, fulfill transactions with you, comply with our legal obligations, and provide our services. This license terminates when you delete the User Content, except for content we are required to retain by law or that has been reasonably backed up.
5.3. Your warranties. You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights in the User Content; (b) the User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) the User Content is accurate and not misleading; and (d) you have authority on behalf of your employer to submit the User Content.
5.4. No obligation to monitor. Jetcore is not obligated to monitor User Content but may review, remove, refuse, or disable access to User Content at any time, with or without notice, that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms of Use or applicable law.
5.5. Disclaimer. User Content reflects the views and information of its submitter, not of Jetcore. Jetcore is not responsible or liable for any User Content.
5.6. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetcore from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content or your breach of this Section 5.
6. DMCA Safe Harbor — Copyright Infringement Notices
Jetcore complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent containing the elements required by § 512(c)(3):
(a) a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent;
(b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL preferred);
(d) your contact information (address, telephone, email);
(e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice. If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of § 512(g)(3) to the same address.
Repeat infringers. Jetcore will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
False claims. Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The Site and its content (excluding User Content) — including text, images, logos, trademarks, software, and the Jetcore Support brand (JCS wordmark, color scheme, layouts) — are owned by Jetcore or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual-property laws.
7.2. "Jetcore," "Jetcore Support," and the JCS logo are trademarks of Jetcore Support, Inc. Other trademarks (including those of OEMs whose parts we distribute) are the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-Party OEM Marks and Compatibility
8.1. References to aircraft, engine, and component OEMs (including without limitation Bombardier, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and others) are descriptive references to identify parts and applications. Jetcore is not an OEM and does not represent endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any OEM unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Disclaimers
9.1. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
9.2. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, JETCORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (a) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (b) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (c) THE SITE OR THE SERVERS HOSTING IT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.3. INFORMATION ON THE SITE (INCLUDING PART AVAILABILITY, PRICING, AND APPLICABILITY) IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A BINDING OFFER UNLESS CONFIRMED IN A WRITTEN QUOTATION ISSUED PER OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.2. JETCORE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE THIS LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO PURCHASES OF PARTS, WHICH ARE GOVERNED SEPARATELY BY § 12 OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE.
11. Indemnification
11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetcore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms of Use; or (d) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
12. Termination
12.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13.2. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
14. Changes to These Terms of Use
14.1. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Effective" date and revision number indicate when they were last updated. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
